Also a Career Analyst and Global Career Counselor certified by the University of California, Los Angeles ( UCLA ) and Univariety with vast experience & expertise of over 20 years in the academic field as a teacher, mentor & in key administration profiles in some of the best schools across the country. A passionate Math learner and educator, Shubhra has a long and varied experience in the field of K-12 Math education, student mentorship, team guidance, and academic counseling. She loves to bring new ideas and challenges into the system to keep both the learners and their mentors energized. A firm believer of the fact that Math Is for everyone she researches, speaks, writes, and works continuously to minimize the ‘difficulty myth’ generally associated with the subject. From Introducing ‘Storytelling with Math teaching’ as a part of her ‘ABCD Math’ (Anybody can do Math) project to initiating step-by-step counseling procedures and ensuring their 360-degree implementations on the ground, Shubhra successfully manages to ‘raise the bar’ for student performance in all areas.   A micro planner by nature, she applies the most advanced counseling and assessment strategies to not only craft a unique career pathway for her mentees, but also helps them develop appropriate skills, and profiles so that they can stand out in the ever-evolving & highly dynamic global arena of 21st-century careers.
